Cancellation Policy
Workshop Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy – Summary We’re excited to collaborate with dance schools and organizations to create inspiring, well-organized workshops. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, the following guidelines apply to all workshop bookings. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the workshop date, instructors, and agreed services. The booking is confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before the workshop date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Workshops are booked with an agreed minimum guaranteed number of 12 students. If attendance falls below this number, the workshop fee will still be based on the minimum guarantee. Final attendance numbers must be confirmed seven (7) days prior to the workshop to finalize logistics and billing. If attendance exceeds the minimum guarantee, additional students are welcome at a per-student overage rate, agreed upon in advance, provided the workshop remains within the approved maximum capacity. Overage fees are payable by the day of the workshop unless otherwise arranged. Workshops held within a 50-mile driving radius of New York City are considered local and do not require travel fees. Workshops outside this radius are considered travel-required, and the hosting organization covers approved travel-related expenses (transportation, lodging, meals/per diem). Travel costs are quoted and approved in advance and are non-refundable once booked. Travel workshops may require a higher minimum guarantee or a flat workshop fee. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date are eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable. In the rare event we must cancel or reschedule, all payments may be transferred to a future date or fully refunded, including the deposit. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days. The hosting organization is responsible for the venue, promotion, registration, and student check-in. Any changes to workshop details should be confirmed in writing. We value open communication and are always happy to work together to find solutions when unexpected situations arise.
